    • 摘要: 针对平朔安家岭井工二矿29213小窑采空区残留煤柱回采情况,从巷道布置、设备配置、回采工艺、工作面通风、顶板管理等几个方面介绍了连续采煤机短壁机械化开采技术的应用。现场实践表明连续采煤机短壁机械化化开采技术具有机械化程度高、适应性强、安全性好等特点;该技术的成功应用也为现代化的大型矿井的残留煤柱回采,提高矿井资源回采率,提供了切实可行的技术解决途径。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the recovery situation of residual coal pillar at 29213 gob area in Pingshuo Anjialing No. 2 Mine, from the aspects of roadway layout, layout equipments, mining technology, ventilation at working face, roof management, we introduce the application of short-wall mechanized mining technology by continuous miner. The practice showed that short-wall mechanized mining technology by continuous miner had the characteristics of high degree of mechanization, high adaptability, and good safety. The successful application of this technique for residual coal pillar mining in modernization large coal mine provides a feasible technical solution for improving the recovery rate of coal resources and increasing the economic benefit of enterprises.
