    Application of Inclined Longwall Large Dip Angle Depression Mining Safety Technology

    • 摘要: 倾斜长壁工作面在进行大倾角俯采时,由于工作面推进方向倾角较大,煤矸及运煤设备在自重等因素的作用下变的非常不稳定,存在安全隐患,严重威胁着工作面的正常生产。通过对倾斜长壁工作面大倾角俯采条件下存在的安全隐患发生原因的分析,找出了安全隐患发生的特点及影响因素,进而提出了安全隐患基本防治技术,并在陈四楼煤矿21110综采工作面进行了工程应用,取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: Inclined longwall mining face will become very unstable due to the large dip of working face and the influence of coal gangue and equipments weight and other factors in depression mining, which is prone to many safety problems, and seriously threats to normal production of the face. We anlyzed the causes of safety risks in inclined longwall large dip angle depression mining condition, identified the factors and occurrence characters of safety risks, then puts forward the basic safety hazard control techniques. Finally, we carried on engineering applicationin at Chensilou Mine 21110 mechanized mining face, and achieved good effect.
