    Application of Hollow Anchoring Grouting and Sealing Technology in Selian No.2 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 矿井巷道在掘进过程中需要对顶板和围岩进行支护,而在围岩破碎且有淋水的巷道是锚网喷浆支护的难题,对支护效果影响较大。在锚网喷浆支护之前,通过中空锚固注浆封堵新技术,对顶板出水处注浆充填加固堵水,对部分地段淋水较大部位,可用中空锚杆进行注浆封堵,防止巷道变形。中空锚固注浆封堵新技术在鄂尔多斯色连二矿的成功应用,为锚网喷浆支护创造了良好条件。

       

      Abstract: Roof and surrounding rock need to be supported in the process of roadway drivage, but anchoring and shotcrete supporting was difficult in broken surrounding rock with water spray, and it has a larger effect on suuporting. Before the anchor net spray support, hollow anchoring grouting sealing technology was availabled to prevent the deformation of roadway in roof and larger sections of water spray. The successful application of new technology of hollow grouting in Selian No.2 Coal Mine provides favorable conditions for the anchoring and shotcrete supporting.
