    大兴矿旧巷高温火点产生原因分析与预防

    Reason Analysis and Prevention of High-temperature Fire Point in Old Roadway in Daxing Mine

    • 摘要: 随着矿井服务年限的增加,采掘过程中遗留旧巷数量也不断增加,由于通风系统的调整、矿山压力造成的煤的透气性增强以及大量的遗煤等原因,在旧巷易产生高温火点,进而形成火灾。通过分析旧巷高温火点产生的原因,结合影响高温火点产生因素,提出了合理布置、安排采掘计划,同时采取注浆、喷浆、调整通风系统等综合预防火灾措施。

       

      Abstract: With the increase of mine service life, the residual coal in old roadway is increasing in mining process. Because of the adjustment of ventilation system, the enhanced permeability of coal caused by ground pressure and a lot of residual coal, it is prone to produce high-temperature fire point and fire hazard in old roadway. This article analyzed the reason of high-temperature fire point in old roadway, introduced reasonable arrangement and mining plan combined with factors of high-temperature ignition point. At the same time, we take comprehensive measures including grouting, spraying, adjusting the ventilation system to prevent fires.
