    • 摘要: 有效的管理方法是保证安全的重要手段,基于危险源-隐患-事件-事故的演变过程,提出了一套全面的煤矿安全梯度式管理方法。该方法通过预防控制、纠偏控制、应急控制形成一套管理体系,以事故演变过程的逻辑关系为分割条件,形成以时间,不同发展对象,管理手段为梯度的一种创新性的管理模式。该方法有效防范危险源头,消除安全隐患,完善应急措施管理,使煤矿管理思路更加清晰,不断地向本质安全推进。

       

      Abstract: The effective management method is an important mean for safety. Based on the evolution process of hazard, hidden danger, event and accident, this article proposes a comprehensive set of coal mine safety management method in gradient. This method uses prevention control, deviation control and emergency control in the condition of the accident evolution segmentation, as well as takes time, development object and management means as different gradients. On the basis of management style, preventing dangerous source and correcting the defects and eliminating defects to timely emergency under hazardous conditions, this method makes the coal mine management more clear and the control of the accident more safety.
