    Multi-point Temperature Monitoring of Coal Belt Conveyor Based on ZigBee

    • 摘要: 设计了基于ZigBee技术的胶带机多点温度监测系统,采用结构简单,操作灵活的单总线数字式温度传感器DS18B20采集温度,利用MSP430F436微处理器的超低功耗休眠唤醒模式节能,实验结果表明:该系统不仅能准确测量和显示温度,而且体积小、成本及功耗低、实时性强、可靠性高。

       

      Abstract: Multi-point temperature monitoring of coal belt conveyor base on Zigbee technology is designed in the paper.The temperature was collected by DS18B20 bus digital temperature sensor with simple structure and flexible operation.The system uses the ultra-low power dormancy arousal model of microprocessor MSP430F436 to save power.The test results show that the system can measure and display the value of the temperature exactly,and further more it is highly real-time and reliable with small frame and low cost and low power.
