Abstract: The main reason for the frequent safety accidents of coal mine enterprises is due to the imperfection of hidden dangers investigation and management, which not only includes the unsafe behavior from people, but also the unsafe state of objects and environment. Traditional hidden dangers investigation and management can not satisfy the current requirements of informationization development of the production activities, so we design a set of hidden information system by summing up the experience of traditional hidden dangers investigation and the actual demand of TS coal mine enterprises, which contains "three violations" behavior check , equipment facility and environment hidden dangers investigate. Through the application of the information system, the hidden dangers in corporate governance can be standardized, accomplishing a closed-loop hidden type management, effectively controlling potential hazards, reducing the unsafe behaviors from people, so as to avoid or reduce safety accidents.
