    煤吸附甲烷的影响因素敏感性正交试验

    Orthogonal Experiment on Sensitivity of Impact Factors in Coal Adsorbing Methane

    • 摘要: 为研究煤体吸附甲烷的影响因素敏感性特征,选取温度、含水率、煤粒度、挥发分为煤吸附甲烷的影响因素,按照正交设计原理选取有代表性的试验点进行甲烷吸附试验,采用极差分析法进行因素敏感性分析,结果表明:Langmuir吸附常数a对各影响因素的敏感性大小次序为挥发分>温度>煤粒度>含水率;Langmuir吸附常数b对各影响因素的敏感性大小次序为挥发分>含水率>温度>煤粒度;对于同煤阶煤体,各影响因素中,温度对Langmuir吸附常数a起主要控制作用,而吸附常数a表征煤体对甲烷的极限吸附量,因此,井下采煤过程中,温度、含水率等多因素变化时,首要实时监测温度变化,以防止温度突然变化诱发瓦斯大量解吸,引发瓦斯超限甚至是煤与瓦斯突出事故。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the adsorption characteristic of coal, the experiment chooses temperature, water content, particle size and metamorphic grade as factors affecting the coal adsorption and typical combination plan methane adsorption experiment was carried out according to orthogonal design principle. In the process of analyzing the sensitivity of various factors using range analysis, experiment results found that the sensitivity of adsorption constant a on influence factors by the size of the order is volatile, temperature, particle size, moisture content. The sensitivity of adsorption constant b on influence factors by the size of the order is volatile, moisture content, temperature, particle size. For the same coal rank, the temperature of coal methane adsorption capacity plays a main control role and the constant a respects coal methane adsorption limit. As a result, when factors of coal change, such as temperature of coal moisture content, temperature real-time monitoring is the most important thing to prevent gas desorption in great quantities because of the temperature changing which can cause gas overrun and even accidents of coal and gas outburst in process of mining.
