    • 摘要: 为了研究水力冲孔倾角对水力冲孔效果的影响规律,基于河南平禹煤电有限责任公司白庙矿二1煤层,介绍了水力冲孔消突机理,通过数值分析、现场实践相结合的方法,阐述了水力冲孔后,塑性破坏范围、出煤量与冲孔倾角之间的关系。研究表明,在特定的区间内,随着冲孔倾角的增大,塑性破坏范围和出煤量均呈现先减小后增大的“类余弦”变化规律,且减小的变化率明显大于增大的变化率。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influece law of flushing hole angle on the effect of hydraulic punching, based on Baimiao Ⅱ1 coal seam of Henan Pingyu Coal and Electricity Company, we introduce the pressure-relief mechanism of hydraulic flushing borehole. Combined numerical analysis and the field practice, we propose the relationship between angle of the flushing hole and coal output and scope of plastic failure after hydraulic flushing. Research results show that with the increase of punching angle, the coal output and scope of plastic failure present "cosine-like" change law of decrease first and then increase, and the decrease rate is significantly greater than the rate of change.
