    Active Group Variation Law in Oxidation Process of Xuandong No. 2 Coal Mine Ⅲ3 Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对宣东二号煤矿Ⅲ3煤自燃灾害较为严重的现状,应用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术,从微观角度研究了煤的微观结构与氧化过程中活性基团变化规律。结果表明:宣东二号煤矿Ⅲ3煤煤样所含活性基团总体数量较少,与其它极易自燃煤样相比应具有较低的自燃倾向性;煤低温氧化主要是由羟基、饱和与非饱和烃等侧链基团引起的;矿井自燃灾害严重的原因主要考虑外在水分、温度、地质、通风等其它影响因素。

       

      Abstract: For the serious situation of coal spontaneous combustion hazard in Xuandong No. 2 Coal Mine Ⅲ3 coal seam, we use Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to study the microstructure and law of coal and oxidation in the process of active group change from the microscopic view. The results showed that Xuandong No. 2 Coal Mine Ⅲ3 coal seam samples contained less overall number of active groups, compared with other high spontaneous combustion tendency of coal samples should have lower tendency. Low temperature oxidation of coal was mainly composed of a hydroxyl group, saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbon side groups caused. Main reasons of serious mine spontaneous combustion disasters were considered other factors, such as external moisture, temperature, geology, ventilation, etc.
