    Drainage Technology by Long and Short Drillings Associated with Shallow Holes at Fully Mechanized Working Face

    • 摘要: 为了消除低透气性高瓦斯煤层的综采工作突出危险性,以贵州矿区新田煤矿1401工作面为研究背景,根据矿山压力分布规律和抽放钻孔的隔断控制作用,研究并试验三花眼布置方式,按照2 d 1个循环,长短钻孔配合,达到长钻孔卸压,短钻孔抽采交叉迈步式浅孔抽放技术。工业性试验表明,长短钻孔配合浅孔抽放技术能有效提高超前排放钻孔瓦斯排放效果,显著降低煤与瓦斯突出危险性。

       

      Abstract: In order to eliminate the danger of coal outburst of low permeability and high gas coal seam in Guizhou Mine, we take Xintian Coal Mine 1401 working face as the research background, according to the underground pressure distribution law and the separation control function of drainage borehole, we make study and test three-opening layout by two day cycle, coordinated with long and short drillings, to achieve a long borehole to release pressure, short hole to drainage cross step type shallow hole drainage technology. The industrial experiment shows that the long and short drillings coordinate with shallow hole drainage technology can effectively improve the effect of drilling gas emission, significantly reduce the danger of coal and gas outburst in coal mining ground.
