    Open-off Cut Brush Expansion Technology for Changing Blasting Mining into Fully Mechanized Mining in Large Dip Angle "Three Soft" Medium Thick Seam

    • 摘要: 丰阳煤矿煤层属于“三软”煤层,且煤层倾角大,厚度一般都在5 m以上,切眼支护不能采用常规的“锚网索”支护,切眼扩刷施工工艺较为复杂,对于丰阳煤矿这样首次由炮采直接改为综采的矿井,如何确保综采工作面切眼在扩刷及支护过程中的安全,就成为矿井安全管理的重点工作。结合矿井实际生产条件,提出合理的切眼扩刷施工工艺,采取相应的安全技术措施,最终实现了丰阳煤矿“三软”大倾角中厚煤层综采切眼的安全施工。

       

      Abstract: The coal seam in Fengyang Coal Mine belongs to "three-soft" and dip angle coal seam, and thickness is generally in more than 5 m, open-off cut supporting can not adopt conventional "cable anchor" support, open-off cut brush expansion construction process is more complicated. For changing directly blasting mining into fully mechanized mining in Fengyang Coal Mine, how to ensure the safety of fully mechanized mining face open-off cut expansion of brush and supporting process, has become the focus of the work of the mine safety management. Combined with the actual mine production conditions, we propose reasonable open-off cut expansion of brush construction process, and take corresponding safety technical measures, which finally realizes the safe construction of Fengyang Coal Mine "three soft" inclined thick coal seam fully mechanized cut.
