    深井强突出煤层群竖井安全揭穿煤层技术

    Safety Uncovering Coal Seam Technology for Deep Shaft with Strong Outburst Risk

    • 摘要: 采用理论分析与现场验证的方法,研究了竖井工作面应力分布特点和突出危险分区,结果表明井筒工作面下方存在“漏斗”形采动卸压区,井筒四周存在应力集中区。同时,将竖井揭煤的工艺流程按照5个阶段来进行管理,并结合淮北祁南煤矿安全改建工程井筒揭煤工程,采用主要技术措施(预抽钻孔)、加强型措施(冲煤扫孔)和安全保障型措施(金属骨架、煤体固化等),实现了千米深井强突出煤层安全揭煤。

       

      Abstract: We study the stress distribution and coal outburst zone of shaft working face by theoretical analysis and field validation method. Result shows that there is a funnel-shape mining relief area underneath shaft working face and stress concentration area around the shaft. Additionally, we manage technological process of shaft uncovering coal in five stages. According to the actual conditions of shaft uncovering coal safety reconstruction in Qinan Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Area, we use main technical measure (pre-draining borehole), intensive measure(cleaning borehole)and safety safeguard measure (metal skeleton, coal solidification), all these measures successfully completed the project of uncovering coal seam with strong outburst risk in 1 000 m-plus deep shaft.
