    • 摘要: 针对长沟峪矿水平石门穿过急倾斜松软煤层时,巷道围岩存在应力高、碎胀压力大、易发生煤炮等特点,采用传统的锚喷支护或锚杆锚索喷混凝土加金属支架难以彻底根治松软煤层受压变形破坏的问题,采用刚柔嵌合锚注支护技术对深部急倾斜水平岩巷过煤层进行合理支护,数值模拟和实践结果表明,刚柔嵌合锚注技术有效的控制了围岩变化,使围岩具有良好的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: For the characteristics of high stress, high expansion pressure and easy to shock bumps when sublevel crosscut of Changgouyu Coal Mine passes through the soft and steeply inclined coal seam, traditional concrete support or anchor bolt concrete with metal stents can not completely solve the problem of stability of surrounding rock, which is difficult to eradicate the problem of deformation and destruction of soft coal under pressure. Therefore, we use the technology of rigid-flexible chimera bolting-grouting support for deep level rock tunnel through coal seam in reasonable support, which is numerically simulated. Combined with the practice, the results show that the technology of rigid-flexible chimera bolting-grouting support has effectively controlled the change of surrounding rock, and the rock has good stability.
