    Explosion Suppression Device of Low Gas Concentration Transmission Pipeline

    • 摘要: 针对低浓度瓦斯输送管道易燃、易爆等问题,研制了一套主动抑爆装置。介绍了抑爆装置构成原理,围绕着瓦斯爆炸传播规律,从软硬件2方面提升抑爆器、控制器、火焰传感器的响应时间及抗干扰能力。数次的管道爆炸试验证明该抑爆系统响应速度快、灭火效果好、稳定可靠。

       

      Abstract: For the flammable, explosive and other issues in low gas concentration pipeline, we developed a set of active explosion suppression device and detailed the composing principle of the device, from the gas explosion propagation, we upgraded the explosion suppression, controllers, flame sensor response time and anti-jamming capability from hardware and software. Several experiments show that the explosion suppression system is fast response, good extinguishing effect, stable and reliable.
