    Methane Concentration Simulation for New Flameproof Testing Device

    • 摘要: 防爆试验装置被用作检验隔爆型煤矿电气设备外壳强度,其配气精度直接影响防爆试验的准确性。国家安全生产抚顺矿用设备检测检验中心研制的防爆试验装置技术先进、稳定可靠。采用Fluent流体软件模拟分析了防爆试验装置的配气过程及结果,分析结果证明该装置的配气精度符合标准规定。

       

      Abstract: The flameproof testing device is used to test shell strength of flameproof mine electrical equipment; its gas assembly precision directly affects the accuracy of flameproof test. The advanced device developed by national safe production Fushun mining equipment testing centers is stable and reliable. We use fluent fluid analysis software to simulate the process and results of gas distribution of new flameproof test device, which shows that the gas accuracy meets the standard requirements.
