    Carbon Monoxide Filtering Device for Coal Mine Refuge Chamber

    • 摘要: 以贵金属负载在活性氧化铝或氧化钛上加工制成的贵金属体系催化剂做为脱一氧化碳催化剂,通过对催化剂滤除床的结构分析以及其阻力的试验测试,设计了适用于煤矿避难硐室的一氧化碳滤除装置; 检测试验证明该一氧化碳滤除装置可以在额定空间内快速可靠的将一氧化碳浓度值降低到安全浓度以下。

       

      Abstract: Taking precious metals loaded on activated aluminum oxide or titanium oxide which is processed into precious metal catalyst system as carbon monoxide removal catalyst, by analyzing the structures of catalyst filter bed and testing its resistance, we designs the device for removing carbon monoxide which is suitable for coal mine refuge chamber, test the device capability of removing carbon monoxide by simulation experiment. The device can reduce carbon monoxide concentration to a safe level quickly and reliably in the limited space.
