    Safety Rapid Installation Technology for Steep Inclined Fully Mechanized Working Face

    • 摘要: 为解决急倾斜煤层综采设备安装因煤层倾角大,起吊转载、平板车运输安装工艺速度慢、人员劳动强度大、操作不安全,容易引发设备下道、倾倒等安全事故,以绿水洞煤矿3114急倾斜综采工作面设备安装为研究对象,提出了浇筑转运平台通过滑道横向自溜下放的安装工艺,分析了其技术特点,研究了急倾斜综采配套设备安装工艺及配套装置,工业性试验结果表明:全快速安装工艺解决了急倾斜综采工作面设备安装转向、倾倒难题,实现急倾斜综采设备安全快速安装,缓解了矿井生产接续压力。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large inclined angle seam, slow lifting reprint and flat car transport installation process, big labor intensity, unsafe operation caused safety accidents in steep inclined coal seam fully mechanized equipment installation, taking green water 3114 inclined fully mechanized face equipment installation as the research object, we propose the installation process of pouring transport platform through the horizontal self sliding installation technology of decentralization, analyze its technical characteristics, and research full mechanized mining equipment installation process and matching device. The industrial test results show that the transverse self sliding safety quick installation process solves the problem of installation steering, steep inclined fully mechanized mining face equipment dumping problem, realizes the rapid installation and alleviates the pressure of mine production follow.
