    Hydraulic Pipeline Fault Mornitoring of Mine Machinery by Electrostatic Method

    • 摘要: 采用静电传感器和参数测量法进行煤矿机械液压管路安全进行监测。由互相关原理检测油管中油速,完成对液压设备管路进行快速监测,并对液压设备进行故障检测及报告。结合自建实验装置对煤矿机械管路油速进行实验验证。通过对测量得到的随机信号进行分析,诊断液压系统吸油管路故障,保障煤矿机械安全运行。

       

      Abstract: We adopt electrostatic sensor and parameter measurement method to monitor mine machinery hydraulic pipeline safety. We detect oil velocity of pipeline by cross-correlation principle, and complete rapid oil velocity monitoring of mine machinery hydraulic pipeline, and detect and report hydraulic equipment fault. We measure and prove mine machinery pipeline oil velocity combined with self experimental device. By analyzing a measured random signal, the diagnostic of hydraulic system pipeline fault protects the safe operation of mine machinery.
