    Mining Fire Preventing Technology for Inclined Broken Roof in Inflammable Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 根据福城煤矿1302S工作面倾角大、顶板易破碎、采空区浮煤量大、推采速度慢复杂条件下防火压力较大的特点,按照“以防为主,防治结合”的防灭火思路,综合“预测预报、均压、注胶、注氮、灌浆、封堵”等防火技术手段,特殊开采期间针对CO气体异常情况采取针对性的综合措施,阻断煤自燃发展的必要条件,确保了1302S工作面的正常生产。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristic of large dip angle, easily broken roof, large amount of float coal in goaf, slow working speed and fire prevention during special mining of 1302S working face in Fucheng Coal Mine, the thought of "prevention first and combination of fire prevention and fire fighting" was identified. Combining with the fire preventing technology of prediction, pressure equalizing, gel injection, nitrogen injection, plugging, grouting, comprehensive measures were taken to interdict the necessary condition of coal spontaneous combustion for CO gas anomalies during special mining and ensure the normal production of 1302S working face.
