    Spontaneous Combustion Prevention of Coal Roadway with High Caved Point Based on MEA Colloid Material

    • 摘要: 针对煤巷高冒点自燃火灾具有更大隐蔽性和危险性的特点,分析了利用MEA胶体材料进行高冒点自然发火防治的技术。利用人工插管监测和束管监测相结合的检测手段,实现对高冒点自然发火现状的监测。介绍了MEA材料的防灭火机理和施工工艺,选择将MEA材料用于高冒点防灭火工作。选择典型试验矿井,利用MEA材料对部分高冒点进行堵漏和喷注,通过分析其中3个高冒点的温度变化趋势,可以看出使用MEA材料防治高冒点自然发火起到了很好的效果。

       

      Abstract: We analyzed the spontaneous combustion prevention technology by MEA colloid material for the greater concealment and danger characteristic of coal roadway with high caved point spontaneous combustion. The high caved point spontaneous combustion status monitoring was realized by artificial intubation and beam tube monitoring tests facility. We introduce the fire prevention and control mechanism and construction technology of MEA colloid material, and select MEA material for high caved point fire prevention and control. The partial high caved points was plugged and spouted by MEA material in typical coal mines. The MEA material played a good effect to prevent and control high caved point spontaneous combustion by analyzing the temperature variation tendency of three high caved points.
