    Application of Deep Hole Break-tip Blasting Technology in Hard Roof Depressurization

    • 摘要: 介绍了深孔断顶爆破的基本原理,对深孔断顶爆破工艺进行了详细的分析,制定了详细的深孔断顶方案,通过人工装药并成功实施了深孔断顶爆破。结果表明:深孔断顶爆破改变了上覆岩层结构,增加了顶板裂隙程度,使储存在顶板的能量得到有效的释放,避免了采动应力集中,且该装药方式减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了装药速度,有效地防止了冲击地压的发生。

       

      Abstract: The basic principle of deep hole break-tip blasting was introduced, and the process of it was analyzed in details. The detailed scheme was designed, and the deep hole break-tip blasting was carried out successfully by manual charging. The results showed that the deep hole break-tip blasting changed the structure of overlying strata, increased the degree of roof fracture, which effectively released the energy stored in roof, avoided the stress concentration. This charging method also reduced the labor intensity and improved the charging speed, thus prevented the rock burst efficiently.
