    • 摘要: 以焦煤集团演马庄煤矿27131采煤工作面为背景,研究工作面过断层的钻孔爆破工艺。运用LS-DYNA软件模拟了单孔爆破岩体破坏过程,并采用Von Mises屈服准则对钻孔周围不同位置岩体的屈服状态进行分析。结果表明:岩体在径向半径0.1 m更小范围内形成爆破空腔;径向半径0.1~0.3 m范围为爆破裂隙区;径向半径0.3~0.5 m范围表现为块度较大的破坏区域。最后,结合现场工程经验,制定了工作面过断层的爆破钻孔布置方案,并通过现场观测加以验证。

       

      Abstract: Based on Yanmazhuang 27131 coal face, we research the drilling blasting technology for coal face acrossing the fault. We use LS-DYNA simulation software to simulate the failure process of rock blasting in hole, use Von Mises yield criterion to analyze rock in different locations around the state of drilling. It is concluded that rock blasting cavity formed within a radius of 0.1 m radial range; radial radius of 0.1 to 0.3 m for the blast fractured zone; rock radial range of 0.3 to 0.5 m performance of larger pieces of the destroyed area. Finally, according to the site engineering experience, we develop a layout program of blasting drilling for crossing fault, which is verified by field observations.
