    • 摘要: 为预防巷道顶板事故的发生,结合顶板稳定性安全潜力评价法对失稳机理进行研究,着重研究巷帮塑性区范围与顶板离层失稳的相关关系,提出了一种巷道顶板失稳综合预警体系。以31305工作面辅运顺槽为例,通过分析得出顶板存在失稳风险,及时采取补打帮锚索+顶锚索+W钢带的补强支护措施来控制围岩深度变形。从现场监测结果可知,控制围岩变形效果较好,有效降低巷道顶板事故发生的风险系数。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent roadway roof accident, we combined with safety potential evaluation method of roof stability to study instability mechanism, analyzed plastic zone range and roof separation instability correlation, and proposed a kind of roadway roof instability comprehensive early warning method. Therefore, taking auxiliary transport roadway at 31305 working face as an example, we analyzed the risk of roof instability, and took appropriate measures of setting anchor cable + W steel belt to control deep deformation of surrounding rock roof. From the monitoring results, surrounding rock is stability than before, which effectively reduces roadway roof accident risk factor.
