    Numerical Simulation and Application for Composite Steel Frame Supporting in Gob-side Entry Driving

    • 摘要: 为了解决软岩沿空掘巷支护困难的难题,以淮北某煤矿某机巷为研究背景,主要探讨U型钢+锚杆+短槽钢组合钢架支护的力学原理,对组合钢架支护及不同数目的组合进行了数值模拟计算,优化了支护体系,论证了组合钢架支护在沿空掘巷中的应用,并进行了现场试验,有效控制了沿空巷道变形大的特点。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the supporting problems of gob-side entry driving in soft rock, taking a machine roadway of a coal mine in Huaibei as the background, we mainly discusses the mechanics principle of U-shape + anchor +short channel steel composite steel supporting, use numerical simulation to analyze the composite steel frame supporting and different number of combination, and optimize the supporting system, demonstrate the application of the combination of steel supporting in gob-side entry driving. A field experiment show that the composite steel frame supporting effectively controls the characteristics of roadway large deformation.
