    Feasibility Analysis of Overhead Mining in 2-1 Middle Coal Seam of Cuncaota Mine

    • 摘要: 基于寸草塔矿近距煤层群的地质赋存条件,采用矿压理论分析、相似模拟和数值模拟的综合研究方法,研究寸草塔矿2-1煤层蹬空开采的安全可行性。研究结果显示:2-1与2-2煤层的间距大于上行开采的安全距离;下部2-2煤层的房柱式开采,并未使上部2-1煤层的底板完全破坏;下部2-2煤层的房柱式开采后,顶板尚存在厚层关键层,有一定的安全隔离厚度;寸草塔矿2-1煤进行蹬空开采,在巷道布置和回采方案合理,采取有效的安全技术措施情况下,能确保2-1煤层的安全高效蹬空开采。

       

      Abstract: Based on the geological occurrence conditions of close coal seam group in Cuncaota Coal Mine, with mine pressure theory analysis, the comprehensive research of analog simulation and numerical simulation method, we study the safety and feasibility of 2-1 middle coal seam in Cuncaota Coal Mine. The results are that the space between 2-1 middle and 2-2 upper is greater than the safe distance of ascending mining of coal seam; the room and pillar mining at lower 2-2 upper coal seam did not make the upper 2-1 middle coal seam destroyed; there is thick key stratum with certain thickness of safety isolation in roof after room and pillar mining at the lower 2-2 upper coal seam; carrying out overhead mining at 2-1 middle coal seam of Cuncaota Coal Mine, adopting reasonable roadway layout and mining methods, taking effective safety technical measures, all these can ensure the safety and efficient of the 2-1 middle coal seam in overhead mining.
