    Measurement and Analysis of Blasting Vibration in Anjialing Open-pit Mine

    • 摘要: 为确定安家岭露天煤矿开采时爆破振动的衰减规律及其对边坡、重要建(构)筑物以及附近民宅的安全影响,对该矿开采时爆破引起的振动进行了测试。通过对爆破振动数据进行一元线性回归分析,获取了爆破振动衰减规律公式(K= 46,a=1.61,相关系数r=0.94);考虑到爆破振动效应存在叠加的可能,结合以前爆破引起附近窑洞破坏的现场调查,认为该矿周边村庄窑洞振动安全允许速度取0.1 cm/s较为合适;并给出最大允许药量与安全距离之间的关系。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the attenuation law of blasting vibration and its influence on the safety of the mine slope, the import building(construct) and homes of the near village, the blasting vibration was measured in real-time in the open pit coal mine. By analyzing the measured data with the one variant linear regression analysis, the attenuation law of blasting vibration wave propagation was obtained (K=46,a=1.61, correlation coefficient r= 0.94). Considering the effect of blasting vibration are superimposed, combined with the destruction of cave dwelling investigation of the near village by the previous explosion, the surrounding villages cave allowable vibration velocity of 0.1 cm/s is more appropriate, and the relation between the maximum allowable dose and safe distance is given.
