    • 摘要: 本质安全管理信息系统整合研发项目,依据本质安全管理理论,旨在建设适合集团型煤炭企业的安全管理信息平台。软件总体设计采用SSH技术架构;包括Web方式的表现层、业务逻辑层、数据访问层3层结构,层次清晰、易于维护。集团型煤炭企业因涉及不同性质的单位和现场,在系统整合过程中将通用性和客户化有机融合,综合单系统运行的经验,充分体现 “高内聚,低耦合”的思想。信息系统具有横向通用性,就是适用于不同性质二级单位内部的三级考核,同时具备纵向贯穿集团总部、安监局、安监站的一体化管理能力。

       

      Abstract: The intrinsic safety management information system integration development project is based on intrinsic safety management theory which aims to establish a platform for group coal enterprises' safety management information system. The overall design of the software adopted SSH technology framework including Web development usage, business logic lever and data access lever. The architecture is clearly layered and can be maintained easily. The group coal enterprises' consider universality and the customization in the process of systemic integration since it refers to departments and scenes in different nature and quality. It also integrates the experience of single-system operation which fully reflects the concept of "high cohesion and low coupling". The information system has horizontal universality which is suitable for the tertiary assessment in secondary units with different features. Meanwhile, the information system also has vertical penetrability that enable the group to manage the headquarter, safety supervision and safety stand integrally.
