    Reasonable Location of Annular Water-intercepting Roadway Based on Shaft Water Disaster Control

    • 摘要: 针对胡家河煤矿主立井冻结井筒冻结孔涌水水害技术难题,提出了一种从根本上治理深冻结井筒冻结孔涌水水害的新方案。在该方案实施的过程中为了保证主立井井壁安全,采用FLAC软件对环形截水巷合理位置进行研究,研究表明:环形截水巷内壁距主井井筒圆心的最佳距离L为10.75 m,且2 m×2 m的环形截水巷道在开挖支护后其自身的稳定性满足要求且对井筒井壁的稳定性无影响。并对主井内壁和环形截水巷制定了相应监测方案,现场监测数据表明:在环形截水巷开挖和支护的过程中主立井井壁无变形,环形截水巷围岩比较稳定。这表明环形截水巷道内壁距主井井筒圆心的最佳距离为10.75 m是合理的。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the technical problem of water rushing disaster in frozen hole of freezing shaft in the main shaft of Hujiahe Coal Mine, we proposed a new scheme of governing water rushing disaster in frozen hole for deep freezing shaft fundamentally. In order to guarantee the sidewall safety of main shaft in the implementation process, we taken FLAC software to study the reasonable location of annular water-intercepting roadway. The research showed that the best distance between the inner wall of annular water-intercepting roadway and the main shaft center was 10.75 m. And else, its own stability could meet the requirements and it had no effect on the shaft wall after the excavation and the support of annular water-intercepting roadway when its cross dimension was 2 meters by 2 meters. And the corresponding monitoring schemes were made about the main shaft wall and the annular water-intercepting roadway; the monitoring data showed that the main shaft wall had no deformation in the process of the excavation and the support of annular water-intercepting roadway and the surrounding rock of the annular water-intercepting roadway was stable. It indicated that the best distance being 10.75 meters between the inner wall of the annular water-intercepting roadway and the main shaft center was reasonable.
