    千米深井软岩巷道破坏机理与对策

    Failure Mechanism and Countermeasures of Soft Rock Roadway in Kilometer Deep Shaft

    • 摘要: 探讨了郓城千米深井典型高应力软岩巷道的破坏机理,提出解决高水平应力软岩条件下巷道支护的技术对策。最终提出在让压的基础上,初期通过高预应力、高强度锚杆等进行全面调动围岩承载力,后期以刚性支护、壁后注浆加固的对策防止围岩过度变形,并成功进行了工业性实践。

       

      Abstract: Failure mechanism of typical high stress soft rock roadway in Yuncheng kilometer deep shaft is discussed and technical countermeasures of solving high stress soft rock roadway are proposed.The countermeasures,on the basis of yield,of preventing rock excessive deformation are proposed finally through using high prestressed,high strength bolt to fully mobilize rock bearing capacity at initial stage and using rigid supporting,backwall grouting to strengthen at late stage,which carries on a successful industrial practice.
