    Study of Different Coal Samples on CO Adsorption Performance Under Low Pressure

    • 摘要: 为了研究低压下不同煤样对CO气体的吸附性能,利用Autosorb-iQ-C全自动物理化学分析仪测量不同煤质煤样在不同温度下低压阶段对CO的吸附等温线。通过对实验数据的分析,认为煤对CO气体的吸附量随煤变质程度的增大先减小后增大,和孔隙率的变化规律有良好的相关性。煤对CO在低压下的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型的几点假设,低压下煤对CO的Langmuir吸附模型可简化为亨利模型。通过Clausius-Clapeyron方程计算得出不同煤样对CO的吸附热均在12~25 kJ/mol之间,且低压阶段煤对CO的吸附形式主要为物理吸附。结果表明吸附热是影响吸附量的主要因素之一。

       

      Abstract: In order to study CO adsorption performance of the different coal samples under low pressure, the automatic physical chemistry analyzer Autosorb-iQ-C is used to acquire CO adsorption isotherm of coal samples with different coal property under different temperature in the low pressure stage. Through the analysis of the experimental data, it is obtained that the CO gas adsorption quantity of coal increases firstly then decreases with the increase of coal metamorphism degree, which has a good correlation with the change law of porosity. The CO adsorption process of coal conforms to some assumptions of the Langmuir model under low pressure, the Langmuir model can be simplified to Henry model. That CO adsorption heat of different coal samples is between 12 to 25 kJ/mol was calculated through the Clausius-Clapeyron equation, and the CO adsorption forms of coal are mainly physical adsorption in low pressure stage, the results show that the adsorption heat is one of the main factors affecting the adsorption quantity.
