    钢管混凝土支架注浆孔方位的优化

    Optimization for Grouting Hole Location of Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Support

    • 摘要: 钢管混凝土支架具有承载能力高、施工方便、造价低廉等优点,逐渐被应用到巷道支护中。但在一些使用中出现了注浆孔开裂的问题,严重地影响了支护的总体稳定性。运用数值模拟对支架进行力学性能研究,发现注浆孔开裂问题主要是由于开孔位置的不合理所导致,并确定了最优注浆孔位。

       

      Abstract: Concrete-filled steel tubular stent has high bearing capacity, convenient construction, low cost, and other advantages, which gradually be applied to the roadway supporting. However, grouting hole cracked in some use, which influences the overall stability of the support. We use numerical simulation to study the mechanical properties of the support, find that grouting hole cracking is mainly due to the location of the unreasonable hole, and determine the optimal grouting hole.
