    Hydraulic Fracturing Technology for Extremely Thick Coal Seam with Hard Roof in Tongxin Mine

    • 摘要: 介绍了水压致裂的力学机理及参数确定方法。依据同忻矿生产实际条件,确定了特厚煤层坚硬顶板致裂位置、注水压力、注水量、注水时间以及钻孔转角等参数,设计了钻孔布置方案。同忻矿8105工作面现场实践表明,通过水压致裂措施工作面周期来压步距减小了4.6 m,支架工作阻力降低了8.8%,取得了良好的应用效果。

       

      Abstract: We introduce the mechanical mechanism and parameter determination method of hydraulic fracturing. Based on actual production conditions of Tongxin Mine, we determine the parameters of special thick hard roof, including fracturing points position, water injection pressure, injection rate, injection time and the drilling angle, and design drilling layout program. The practice of 8105 working face in Tongxin Mine shows that the periodic weighting step distance of working face reduces 4.6 m by using hydraulic fracturing and the support resistance decreases 8.8%, which makes a good application effect.
