    Supporting Technology and Process for Loose Coal Roadway with Broken Roof

    • 摘要: 根据淮北矿区某矿井5213材料巷的实际情况,分析了该巷围岩在松散破碎情况下发生破坏的原因和支护存在的难点,提出了一种将主动支护与被动支护相结合的联合支护方式,即“金属棚架+棚腿补强锚杆+高强度钢筋笆”。介绍了这种联合支护之间相互作用的机理,进行了现场试验。结果表明:联合支护技术不仅改变了巷道原先随掘随修的情况,而且顶板冒落、帮部脱落、变形严重等问题得到彻底解决,提高了施工效率,取得了很好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: According to the actual situations of 5213 material roadway of a coal mine in Huaibei Mining Area, we analyzed the failure reasons of roadway in the loose and broken situation and the difficulties existed in support, proposed a supporting method called "metallic frame + reinforced anchor + high strength steel basketry", which combined active support with passive support. The interaction mechanism of the combined supporting was introduced. Field test results show that the application of combined supporting technology can not only change the situation of excavating combining with repairing in roadway, but and solve the problem of roof falling and serious deformation, which improves the efficiency of construction and achieves great economic benefit.
