    Automatic Filling Technology for Abandoned Roadway Under Slice Mining

    • 摘要: 针对老顶失稳的情况,建立了分层开采老顶的受力模型,得到了充填巷道所需要的充填体的强度。建立了一套自动化充填系统,能够完全实现充填过程的自动化。为解决废弃巷道局部区域冒落比较严重的问题,提出了通过充填巷道、充填检查孔、充填检查巷道的充填方式来解决充填过程中遇到的问题,并取得了良好效果。

       

      Abstract: For the instability of old roof, we establish mechanical model for old roof slicing and get filling body strength of filling roadway. We establish a set of automatic filling system which can completely achieve automatic filling process. To solve the local caving problem of in abandoned roadway, we propose filling method of using filling inspection hole, filling check roadway to solve the problems in the filling process, and it achieves good effect.
