    Fire Prevention and Control Technology of High Gas and High Risk Coal Seam Roadway of Spontaneous Combustion

    • 摘要: 针对高瓦斯冲击矿压煤层高冒区自然发火,从采动影响、通风、传热等方面详细阐述胡家河矿402103回风顺槽高冒区浮煤产生的原因。针对胡家河矿103回风顺槽高冒区高温点的特点,提出了喷水降温及注凝胶2种防灭火技术相互配合作用的防灭火措施。实践证明,注浆防灭火和注凝胶防灭火技术相互配合能够有效的扑灭并防治高冒区的煤炭自燃,是治理高瓦斯冲击矿压煤层高冒火区的理想途径。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion in the high risk area of high gas and rockburst coal seam, the floating coal generation reasons of high risk area in air return way of Hujiahe Coal Mine are elaborated in details from some aspects, such as the influence of mining, ventilation, heat transfer. According to the characteristics of high temperature zone in high risk area of 103 air return way for Hujiahe Coal Mine, two cooperated fire prevention and control measures are put forward with water cooling and gel injection. The practice has showed that the cooperation technology of grouting and gel injection can effectively control and prevent the coal spontaneous combustion in high risk area. It is the ideal way to control the high risk fire area of high gas and rockburst coal seam.
