    Efficient Fully Mechanized Mining Technology of Prone Pseudo Inclined at Fully Mechanized

    • 摘要: 根据潘北煤矿12124大倾角综采工作面赋存特征,针对大倾角俯伪斜开采难题,设计了大倾角俯伪斜开采参数,确定了俯伪斜开采初期机尾对接4架支架和4节刮板输送机溜槽,保证并有效控制割每刀煤液压支架下滑量为304 mm,并通过输送机间连接防滑千斤顶减少输送机下滑、合理控制支架采高及支架间距、增加采煤机滑靴的耐摩层厚度等关键技术实施,确保了工作面的正常推进,实现了12124大倾角工作面的俯伪斜综采,取得了良好的经济技术效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the occurrence characteristics of 12124 fully mechanized coal face with large inclined angle in Panbei Coal Mine, aiming at prone pseudo inclined mining problem of large inclined angle, we design the parameters of prone pseudo inclined mining with large inclined angle, determine the machine tail docking 4 stents and 4 blocks scraper conveyer chute in the prone pseudo inclined mining early, which guarantees and effectively control that glide quantity of hydraulic support in each cutting is 304 mm. And through the implementation of key technologies including the connection of antiskid jack among conveyors to reduce conveyor glide, reasonable control of the support mining height and stent distance, and increasing the anti-friction layer thickness of coal winning machine sliding boots to ensure the normal working face advance, and realize 12124 prone pseudo inclined fully mechanized working face in large inclined angle, and achieve good economic and technical effect.
