    Application of Portable Detection Device of Gas Extraction Parameters

    • 摘要: 便携式煤矿井下瓦斯抽采参数检测装置配合压差计和瓦斯综合参数测定仪可实现井下瓦斯抽采钻孔任一单孔或者孔组的流量、浓度、负压、温度测试,同时还可校对现场常用的瓦斯综合参数测定仪的准确性。该装置具有准确度高、结构简单、成本低廉、使用简便快捷等特点,解决煤矿井下抽采钻孔单孔或者部分孔组未安装导流管,无法实现流量、浓度等参数测试,从而保障抽采参数测试的全面性、准确性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the differential pressure gauge and the gas measuring instrument of comprehensive parameters, the portable detection device of underground gas extraction parameters can be used to test the flow rate, concentration, negative pressure and temperature of any single extraction hole or group holes. Besides, it can be adopted to check the accuracy of the gas measuring instrument of comprehensive parameters frequently applied in site. The device has some features, including high accuracy, simple structure, low cost, simple and convenient operation, etc. The problem is solved that the diversion pipes are not installed in single hole or part hole group of underground coal mine extraction holes, and the flow rate, concentration test cannot achieve, thus assures the comprehensiveness, accuracy and reliability of the gas extraction parameters test.
