    Research and Application of New Equipment of Foam Dust Removal at Mechanized Excavation Face

    • 摘要: 针对常规煤矿除尘技术效率不高的问题,分析了煤矿泡沫除尘的优点,研究出新型泡沫除尘装置,对其工作原理做了介绍,并对其结构参数进行了计算和分析:最佳供液量30 L/h,最佳供气压力0.6 MPa,最佳供气量100~110 m3/h,发泡倍数可达100~200倍,稳泡时间30 h左右。现场应用结果表明,新型泡沫除尘装置结构简单,安全可靠,对全尘的除尘效率为92.5%,呼吸性粉尘的除尘效率为87%,可以有效的降低综掘面粉尘浓度。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the efficiency is low for conventional coal dust removal technology in coal mine, the advantages of foam dust removal are analyzed in coal mine. A new foam dust removal device is developed, the work principle has been introduced, and the structural parameters have been calculated and analyzed. It is obtained that the optimal volume of liquid supply is 30 L/h, the optimal pressure of gas supply is 0.6 MPa, the optimal volume of gas supply 100 to 110 m3/h, the expansion ratio is up to 100 to 200 times, the stable foam time is 30 h. The field application results show that the structure of new foam dust removal device is simple, safe and reliable, the dust removal efficiency for all dust is 92.5%, the dust removal efficiency for respirable dust is 87%, which can effectively reduce the dust concentration in mechanized excavation face.
