    Mine-used Optical Spectrum Analyzer Based on TDLAS Technology

    • 摘要: 采用可调谐半导体激光光谱吸收检测技术(TDLAS)原理而设计的分析仪器,正逐步的在煤矿安全监测领域进行推广,光谱分析仪具有检测精度高、检测范围广、测量误差低、调校周期长、不受水蒸气、粉尘及其他干扰气体影响等优势。通过TDLAS技术阐述多种气体光谱分析仪的设计理念及设计方案。

       

      Abstract: The analysis instrument is gradually spread in the field of coal mine safety monitoring, which is designed on the principle of tunable diode laser absorption spectrum detection technology (TDLAS). The spectrum analyzer has many advantages, such as high precision, wide measuring range, low measurement error, long calibration cycle, no affect from water vapor, dust and other interference gases, etc. In this paper, the design idea and design scheme is elaborated for the various gas spectrum analyzer by TDLAS technology.
