    • 摘要: 针对急倾斜煤层综采工作面刮板运输机采用人工延缩操作困难、容易下滑、安全危险大的难题,提出了一种自动延缩装置,详细介绍了急倾斜综采工作面刮板运输机延缩装置结构、工作原理及在川煤集团绿水洞煤矿实际应用效果,对急倾斜煤层综采工作面延缩刮板运输机有一定借鉴作用。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized working face of steeply inclined coal seam with artificial extension and shrinkage device, such as difficult operation, easy decline, large safety hazards. A kind of automatic extension and shrinkage device is proposed, it is introduced in detail that the device structure, work principle and the actual application effect of Lushuidong Coal Mine in Sichuan Coal Group, which provides a certain reference for the scraper conveyor design in fully mechanized working face of steeply inclined coal seam.
