    荣华一矿胶带系统接入WinCC组态平台的设计

    Design of Access Method for Belt System and WinCC Configuration Platform in Ronghua No.1 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对荣华一矿胶带监控系统所提供的Modbus RTU数据协议,无法直接接入WinCC组态平台的问题,设计一种OPC服务器,通过采集Modbus RTU数据,形成以OPC协议作为通用接口的服务器,从而接入WinCC组态平台;最终实现胶带监控系统接入矿井WinCC组态联网平台。

       

      Abstract: According the Modbus RTU data protocol provided by belt monitoring system of Ronghua NO.1 Coal Mine, it could not connect to the WinCC configuration platform directly. A kind of OPC server was designed, through the acquisition of Modbus RTU data, the server used the OPC protocol as the universal interface to access WinCC configuration platform. Finally, the access was successful for belt monitoring system and WinCC configuration network platform in the coalmine.
