    • 摘要: 介绍了矿用转子式混凝土喷射机设计的通用性总体方案。从工艺及结构形式的选择入手,对机组重要参数的设计计算等方面进行了详尽的介绍。设计中涉及到的技术内容及其关键零部件的选型、计算,为设计者提供设计思路和设计路线,同时也为产品的系列化、模块化以及后续的改进研发提供了可靠方法。

       

      Abstract: The universal general design scheme is introduced about mine-used rotor-type concrete jet. From the process and the structure choice, the design and calculation of important unit parameters is illustrated. It involves the technical content, the selection and calculation of key components. It provides the design ideas and the design routes for designers. Meanwhile, it also provides the reliable method for the series, modular and subsequent improvement research.
