    煤矿井下大直径水平钻孔替代瓦斯抽放联巷新工艺

    New Technique of Large Diameter Horizontal Drilling Instead of Gas Drainage Linked Roadway Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了对高瓦斯矿井回采工作面的瓦斯进行治理,保德煤矿回采工作面采取了双回风巷、每50 m施工1个联巷的采空区埋管瓦斯抽放工艺。结合矿井实际,对采用国产常规地质钻机施工大直径钻孔来替代顺槽间联巷工艺进行了论证与实施。结果表明:采用大直径水平钻孔替代瓦斯抽放联巷的新工艺,既有利于快速施工,又有利于快速高质量的采空区封闭,时间、安全、经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: In order to conduct gas control for working face in high gas coal mine, the double return airways are used in mining face in Baode Coal Mine, the buried pipe gas drainage technique is carried out by constructing one linked roadway in every 50 m distance in goaf. Combined with the reality of coal mine, it is demonstrated and implemented that the domestic conventional geological drilling rig is adopted to construct large diameter instead of the linked roadway process between crossheadings. The results show that this technique is not only favorable to construct quickly but also conducive to the quick high quality close for goaf, which has a remarkable benefit of time, safety and economy.
