    Optimization of Hydraulic Fracturing Construction Process in Coal Reservoir of Jiaoping Mining Area

    • 摘要: 通过对焦坪矿区煤储层的研究,发现煤储层具有煤阶低、厚度大、含气量低的特征,最小主应力场方向为北西-南东方向;利用FracproPT 2007三维压裂软件对煤层水力压裂施工中的施工排量、前置液量、砂比等施工工艺进行优化,分析了各个因素对压裂效果的影响,现场应用表明,大排量、大砂量、中砂比的施工工艺起到了明显的增产效果。

       

      Abstract: Through the research of coal reservoir in Jiaoping mining area, we found that the coal reservoir has characteristics of low-rank coal, large thickness, low gas content, and the minimum principal stress field is north west-south east direction; we optimized the construction technology of hydraulic fracturing in coal seam by using FracproPT 2007 three-dimensional fracturing software including the construction displacement, prepad fluid volume, sand ratio; through the analysis of the data, we obtain the influence of various factors on the fracturing effect and verify by practical examples, which proves that the optimization results that large displacement, high sand content, medium sand ratio of construction process plays a significant effect of increasing yield.
