    Influence of Control Holes in Coal Seam on Fracture Propagation Under Hydraulic Fracturing

    • 摘要: 煤层卸压是有效降低煤层压力的措施,为了提高煤层卸压的效果,利用RFPA3D并行分析系统,应用有限元的计算方法,建立流固耦合模型。模拟分析了在有恒定水压力下4个方向的控制孔诱导裂纹扩展的过程,其结果表明由于最大主应力的作用,新萌生裂纹最终向着有恒定水压力的控制孔方向扩展,并且最终与控制孔贯通。这对煤层卸压起到了一定的增透作用。

       

      Abstract: The pressure relief of coal seam is the effective measure to reduce pressure. In order to improve the effect of pressure relief, the fluid-solid coupling model was established by using RFPA3D parallel analysis system and the finite element calculation method. The fracture propagation process induced by four direction control holes is simulated and analyzed under constant water pressure. The results show that, because of the role of the maximum principal stress, the new fracture eventually expands towards the control hole direction under constant water pressure, finally connects with the control hole, which plays a certain permeability increasing role to reduce the stress of coal seam.
