    Comprehensive Technique for Coal Mine Water Disaster Prevention and Treatment

    • 摘要: 通过对《煤矿防治水规定》中关于其防治16字原则的充分理解,结合探测技术在煤矿井防治水工程实践中的重要作用,将煤矿井突水灾害的综合预防和治理措施与技术做了丰富和完善,即概括为“探”、“防”、“堵”、“疏”、“排”和“截”6项综合技术,并阐述了其各自的代表性技术。此外,将原《规定》“疏”措施中的老空区积水探放归类到新的“探”措施中,实现了同类技术的集成和综合防治技术的系统化。

       

      Abstract: Through the adequate understanding of the sixteen-character principle on coal mine water disaster control claimed in Regulation on Coal Mine Water Disaster Control, considering the great importance of exploration technique applied in the water diaster control work, the comprehensive technique on coal mine water disaster control was developed into six countermeasures including exploration, prevention, grouting, discharging, drainaging and damming. Then, we illustrated each finite meaning of the countermeasures. In addition, gob area water exploration and discharge included in the discharge measure was classified into the exploration measure for formation of a comprehensive technique on the disaster control.
