    2001-2013年煤矿生产事故分类研究

    Study on Accidents Classification of Coal Mine from 2001 to 2013

    • 摘要: 根据国家煤矿安全监察局煤矿事故查询系统公布的数据,对2001-2013年发生事故的煤矿所属区域、经济类型、事故原因、时间等信息进行统计,通过对比事故发生次数及其死亡人数,表明目前我国煤矿事故、死亡人数均大幅降低;瓦斯事故、水害事故、顶板事故是煤矿事故发生的主要起因,随煤炭经济形势、能源结构调整,我国煤炭安全形势将在曲折中缓慢降低。结合煤矿事故的影响因素,提出了预防煤矿事故发生的措施。

       

      Abstract: According to the released data from accident query system of State Administration of Coal Mine Safety, we make statistic analysis of the regions, economic type, accident causes, time and others of coal mine accident information from 2001 to 2013, which shows that China's coal mine accidents, death toll are greatly reduced after comparing the number of accidents and the death toll; major coal mine accidents have become gas explosions, flood accidents, roof accidents with the change of mining technologies; small coal mines are the main body of coal mine accidents; with the adjustment of economic situation and energy structure, China's coal safety situation will be reduced slowly in the twists and turns. Combining with the influencing factor, we propose the accident prevention measures for coal mine accidents.
