    Research on Relationships Between Communication Satisfaction and Unsafe Behaviors of Underground Coal Mine Workers

    • 摘要: 为了探讨煤矿井下作业人员沟通满意度和不安全行为的关系,通过对466位煤矿井下作业人员进行问卷调查,收集各项数据,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析,并进行试点实施,结果表明:煤矿井下作业人员的沟通满意度和不安全行为呈现显著负相关(-0.498),且试点实施效果明显,因此煤矿管理者应注重员工的沟通满意度,满足员工的沟通需求,进而减少不安全行为。

       

      Abstract: To explore the relationship between communication satisfaction and unsafe behaviors of underground coal mine workers, the data is collected by investigating 466 workers with communication satisfaction questionnaire and unsafe behaviors questionnaire. Through the statistical analysis by SPSS software and implemented pilot, the results show that the communication satisfaction is a significant negative correlation with unsafe behaviors in workers (-0.498), and the effect of pilot implementation is obvious. So the managers of coal mine should pay close attention to the communication satisfaction of workers, meet the communication need of workers, and thereby to reduce unsafe behaviors.
