    矿井综放工作面采空区瓦斯运移规律实验研究

    Experimental Study on Gas Migration Law in Goaf of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 利用相似原理,结合达西定律,导出了矿井综放工作面采空区瓦斯运移规律相似准则数。以樟村矿2306综放工作面采空区为原型,建立了相似模型,对不同风速条件下的U、U+L及U+I型通风方式的工作面采空区,进行了瓦斯运移及上隅角瓦斯浓度变化的实验研究。研究结果表明:通风方式决定了采空区内瓦斯运移的空间变化规律;风速决定了其波动程度和影响范围;U+I型通风方式最有利于降低上隅角瓦斯浓度;工作面风速在1.5~2.5 m/s范围时瓦斯浓度控制效果最好,风速过低易出现瓦斯积聚,而过高瓦斯浓度波动明显。

       

      Abstract: Combined the similarity criterion with Darcy Law, similar criterion numbers of gas migration laws were reduced in the goaf of fully mechanized caving face in coal seam. The goaf in No.2306 fully mechanized caving face of Zhangcun Coal Mine was taken as the prototype, the similar model was built. Under the condition of U, U+L and U+I ventilation patterns with different wind speed, the experimental study had been carried out about the gas migration in goaf and the change of gas concentration in the upper corner. The results showed that the ventilation patterns determined the space change laws of gas migration in goaf; the wind speed determined the fluctuation degree and influence scope; the U+I ventilation pattern was the most effective way to reduce the gas ventilation in the upper corner; the gas concentration control effect was the best for wind speed from 1.5 m/s to 2.5 m/s, the lower the wind speed was, the more easily the gas accumulation occurred, the high gas migration fluctuated obviously.
